We are ALL looking for happiness in every aspect of our lives. Happiness rarely comes by chance and it depends far less on outer influences than most of us think. The source of long term-, eudaimonic happiness that ensures its unfolding in an effortlessly sustainable way, is an optimistic happy mindset and a persistent focus on strengths and qualities. The good news is, that it is possible to learn this mental attitude, to transform moods to happiness and to increase resilience with training. These improve many aspects of health and effectiveness, and they reflect in all aspects of life.

Happy Mindset

Being happy in all compounding levels of happiness is influenced mainly by a happy mindset.

To improve our ability to change our mood to happiness, we collected and distilled tools from contemporary psychological research from the fields of positive psychology (also called the science of happiness), burn-out recovery (well-being) methods and of training science.

 

They are implemented into daily business practice and woven into an amazingly simplified and effective system, that combines philosophy, socio-cultural research and as well as neuroscience, behavioral research, epigenetics – to systematically and measurably increase the level of life/work/everyday happiness.

People are most effective when they can mobilize their own strengths, enjoy their work and when they know how to solidify this by transforming their changing moods and funny emotions to positive views and feelings.

 

Organizations need to focus on creating an optimal workplace culture that fosters job contentment, employee engagement and workplace well-being. These are the key drivers of success and significantly increased profitability. When these factors blossom, everything is being topped or penetrated by workplace happiness.

 

Now let us briefly summarize these levels. Our values depend on our up-bringing and maturity. Apart from this, people with different values have to be able to understand each other and communicate with each other on the other's memetical language. Contentment (or satisfaction) depends mainly on the level of individual expectations. To attract talents AND keep them for at least three years, it is a minimum that we increase their job contentment level, get them engaged in a sustainable way and provide them organizational well-being elements. As the emotional effect of the impulses we get when outer things appear in our lives as gifts fades with time, it is inevitable that we train our people's ability to be able to stay happy whatever happens.

 

The good news for the leaders and their organizations - whether corporate or governmental - is that job contentment, employee engagement (including motivation, commitment and loyalty), the sustainable performance of well-being and the overall happiness are all based on a happy mindset.
