We are ALL looking for happiness in every aspect of our lives. Happiness rarely comes by chance and it depends far less on outer influences than most of us think. The source of happiness that ensures its unfolding in an effortlessly sustainable way, is an optimistic happy mindset and a persistent focus on strengths and qualities.The good news is, that it is possible to learn this mental attitude, to transform moods to happiness and to increase resilience with training. These improve many aspects of health and they reflect in all aspects of life.
